Tickets on sale for annual Templeton wine and beer festivals
New beer festival held Sunday after wine festival
–Tickets are on sale now for the 4th annual Templeton Wine Festival (formerly Taste of Templeton) which will be held in the Templeton Park on Saturday May 14 from 1-5 p.m. Enjoy over 25 local wineries with unlimited tasting plus live music and unique boutique shopping experience with arts, crafts and specialty foods. “The Troubadour of Templeton,” James Sweetwater will open the festival with his relaxed brand of folk acoustic guitar and songs we all know, followed by local favorite band, J.D. Project, rocking the park till 5 p.m. Food will be available for purchase from a variety of delicious vendors.
Bring a low back chair or picnic blanket and enjoy a relaxed day under the oaks, while meeting winemakers and enjoying tastes from some of the premier smaller wineries of our area. Be sure to check out the inaugural Templeton Beer Festival on Sunday May 15, also from 1-5 p.m. in the park, produced by Hole Hop Promotions and Rotary Club of Templeton. This event will feature beer tasting and live music plus the chamber is selling a combo ticket so you can attend both events.
