Templeton real estate agent won’t be cited for filming motocross stunts

Video features his commute to work on a motocross bike

–The Templeton Area California Highway Patrol Office has concluded an investigation that was sparked by a video posted by 26-year-old Templeton resident Christopher Close Ingalls, riding a motorcycle, and performing maneuvers on the US-101 freeway. The video was an ad for Ingalls, who works at Buschur Realty in San Luis Obispo, and features his commute to work on his motorbike.

Infractions of the California Vehicle Code were identified throughout the video post; however, the infractions were not committed in the presence of a Peace Officer, therefore they are precluded by statute from citing Ingalls for those violations, according to CHP.
