Templeton High School Athletes of the Week
Eagle: Nicky Frangie
Sport: Basketball
Year: Senior
Coach’s comment: Nicky Frangie has led Templeton in scoring in their first seven games, has received all-tournament honors at the two tournaments they have played in, and most importantly has led the team in the effort category by diving on loose balls, taking charges, and leading vocally during practices and games. This photo shows him sharing his all-tournament honors with his teammates. He is in the center, below the plaque. – Templeton High School Athletics
Eagle: Henry Gonzales
Sport: Soccer
Year: Junior
Coach’s comment: Junior midfielder Henry Gonzales is a critical piece of the Eagle’s midfield. He has a strong commitment to his team and always is looking to compete. He works just as hard in the classroom as he does on the field. – Templeton High School Athletics
