Templeton Chamber of Commerce Business Expo Sept. 11
Templeton Chamber of Commerce to honors active military, veterans and first responders at September’s “A Salute to American Heroes” Business Expo
The Templeton Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual Business Expo on September 11, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. at the American Legion Hall, located at 805 S. Main Street. This event, which is free and open to the public, gives residents a chance to “Meet Your Merchants”.
There will be over 50 Templeton area businesses showcasing their goods and services with a booth in this historic hall. Many merchants hold their own drawings for valuable prizes, have fun giveaway gifts and offer special discounts for attendees. Many restaurants and wineries will be offering complimentary samples of their products as well.
Kiwanis Club of Templeton will be holding a Drive-Thru BBQ to benefit the Templeton Community Library Association at the business expo. Pre-sale tickets will be available at the chamber office. Several youth and community groups will be performing on the Legion Hall Stage to entertain the crowd and the chamber will draw one grand prize winner of a Holiday Shopping Spree during the event.
The theme this year is “A Salute to American Heroes” and booths will have a patriotic theme on this Patriot Day event. The chamber extends a special invitation to all active military, veterans, first responders and their families, as they will be specially honored for their service to our communities and our country.
Businesses interested in reserving a booth at this event should contact the Templeton Chamber of Commerce at (805) 434-1789 or visit its website to download an application at www.templetonchamber.com on or before August 18 to secure the early bird registration fee. This event is generously sponsored by Grocery Outlet Bargain Market and Glenn’s Repair and Rental.
