Templeton Fire and Emergency Management Committee meets on March 6

-The Fire and Emergency Management Committee of the Templeton Community Service District will meet on Monday, March 6, 2017, at 3 p.m. in the district board room at 206 5th Street, Templeton, CA. The public is invited to attend and will be afforded time to discuss any item on the agenda.

The agenda includes:

  • SAFER Grant Status: Staff will provide the committee with an update on the new SAFER grant application.
  • Homeland Security Grant: Staff will update the committee on the Homeland Security Grant application.
  • Friends of Templeton Fire and Emergency Services: Staff will discuss who will lead and the purpose of the group.
  • County of San Luis Obispo Property Tax Allocation: Staff will discuss what the department would do with an increase in property tax to move towards a 24/7 operation.
