Larry Jordan
Larry M. Jordan graduated from Loyola University of Los Angeles and went to work for a national CPA firm.
In three years working in the audit department of this national firm, he received valuable experience while auditing large companies such as Nissan, Rockwell International, Hughes Aircraft and Norton Simon Industries as well as specialized auditing for the California State College System.
However, “My desire was to work in a small or medium sized business where I could best apply my knowledge and experience,” says Larry. An opportunity to do just that came when he became controller of a small gospel music publishing and recording company.
In the seven years with this company, he took on increasing responsibility and was promoted to the position of executive vice president, overseeing the rapid growth of the organization as it grew to become a dominant company in its market sector with annual sales of $18 million dollars. In 1982, he left this company to start his own accounting firm and has operated this business continually since that time.
