Templeton Firefighter’s Association holding car wash on April 15
Proceeds benefit Relay for Life
–The Templeton Firefighter’s Association is holding a car wash on Saturday, April 15 from 8 a.m. to noon at the Templeton Fire Station located at 206 5th Street. Proceeds raised from the car wash are being donated to the Relay for Life 2017 event being held at the Paso Robles Event Center in April. The event honors cancer survivors, remembers loved ones lost and fights back against a disease that has already taken too much.
The Firefighter’s Association Member’s Relay for Life team will camp out overnight and take turns walking or running around a track or path at the fairgrounds. The event is 24 hours long, and because cancer never sleeps, each team is asked to have at least one participant on the track at all times.
Interested parties may contact at Templeton Firefighters Association Vice-President Ryan Randall at (805) 440-2639 for more information.
