Local business relocates due to fire

A New Path 2 Wellness is a massage, health and wellness business
–Local business, A New Path 2 Wellness, has had to relocate due to the recent fire that occurred at La Posada Medical Center, located in Templeton. On Aug. 13 approximately 1:15 p.m., a fire broke out in the landscaping just outside the front of Central Coast Pathology Laboratory and quickly spread into the roof and attic. The medical center housed not only doctors’ offices but was the location of A New Path 2 Wellness, a massage and health and wellness business.
Kris Allen, owner and operator was not present when the fire broke out. The county building inspectors have red tagged the building. “While this is a shock, and an inconvenience, I was able to salvage some things and replace the needed equipment to function,” said Allen.
Until another location can be procured, she’ll be working out of her home office. “You’ll still get the great quality care and service out of my new treatment room in the country as you did at the Posada location.” For more information, call (805) 235-2263.
