Templeton Fire hosting movie night fundraiser
–The Templeton Fire and Emergency Services will be presenting a family movie night featuring Disney’s “Planes – Fire & Rescue” on Saturday, June 11, at the Templeton High School Football Field at 8 p.m. Gates will open at 7:30 p.m. This event is free with a $5 parking fee. People attending the movie are encouraged to make a donation to the Templeton Fire & Emergency Services to assist with the purchases of wildland hose, nozzles, hose packs and firefighter protective gear. Templeton Fire & Emergency Services staff will be available to accept donations at the event.
For the comfort of our viewers we encourage you to wear something warm, and bring blankets and seat cushions. A snack bar will be open for movie goer’s convenience –proceeds benefit the Fire Department.
