Templeton Women in Business thrive in 2016
–Templeton Women in Business is a professional group of women organized as a committee of the Templeton Chamber of Commerce. The group’s purpose is to support, develop and promote women in business through education, information exchange, partnerships, and alliances with other organizations promoting commerce, and to create networking opportunities for women.
Members of Templeton Women in Business (TWIB) meet regularly for lunch on the second Tuesday of most months. The monthly luncheons include invited speakers, local business and chamber announcements, a focused Business Spotlight, and provide women a great opportunity to get to know each other and make useful business referrals to one another.
TWIB members help each other and make a point of supporting each other’s businesses when the opportunity arises, and the door is always open for visitors and new members. In 2016, TWIB celebrates their seventh year since organizing to serve women in the Templeton business community.
