North County churches will hold special observances

–January 18 – 25, 2016 is the annual observance of the annual Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. Various North County churches will hold special observances.

Begun in 1908, these days have been set aside each year so that Christians all over the world may share the prayer of Jesus: “that all may be one…that the world may believe” (John 17:21).

The theme for the Week of Prayer this year is: “Called to Proclaim the Mighty Acts of the Lord” (cf. 1 Peter 2:9).

The following churches will be hosting special observances, each evening at 7 p.m.:

Monday, January 18, 2016 – First Presbyterian Church, located at 610 S. Main Street in Templeton
Tuesday, January 19, 2016 – Trinity Lutheran Church, located at 940 Creston Road in Paso Robles
Wednesday, January 20, 2016 – St. Rose of Lima Church, located at 820 Creston Road in Paso Robles
Thursday, January 21, 2016 – North County Christian Fellowship, located at 421 9th Street in Paso Robles
Friday, January 22, 2016 – Mission San Migue,l located at 775 Mission Street in San Miguel
Saturday, January 23, 2016 – Hope Lutheran Church, located at 8005 San Gabriel Road in Atascadero
Sunday, January 24, 2016 – St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, located at 5318 Palma Street in Atascadero
Monday, January 25, 2016 – St. William’s Church, located at 6410 Santa Lucia Road in Atascadero
