–Country Music Artist Ry Bradley kicks off the Templeton Summers Concerts Program on Wednesday, June 8 at 6:30 p.m. at Templeton Park.

Bradley was named the “Country Music Artist of the Year” by the Los Angeles Music Awards in 2014. He will bring his live-wire performance to the stage beginning at 6:30 p.m. California-born, his influences include Merle Haggard and the Rolling Stones. His current EP, Freedom Like This, is part country, part rockabilly and part rock. His popular single, New Kind of Lonely, has already received airplay on over 100 country stations around the country.

“Ry is considered one of the up and coming country performers so it’s a thrill to have him at Templeton Park,” said Templeton Recreation Supervisor Melissa Johnson. He has family roots that go back a few decades to a time when some of his relatives, up the line, lived in tents and picked peas in the fields of Templeton and Paso Robles. He says he is excited to perform in a community that his folks called home.
