We often feel pain in a generalized area (shoulders, neck, low back etc.). Massage Therapy however, attempts to identify which muscle is overly tight, sore, has a Trigger Point or what the specific issue is. We can then relieve pain by applying appropriate massage techniques for the identified problem. When the pain is relieved, we follow up with periodic massage as maintenance to prevent the problem from reoccurring. We believe massage should be a part of everyone’s regular wellness plan.

They continued their education and went on to graduate from the 500 hour Massage Therapist course in 2014. They honed their relaxation massage skills by working at Massage Envy.
