Templeton clean up day

Event helps beautify community and reduces debris before rainy season

–The public is invited to participate in the 17th annual Templeton Community Clean-up Day, scheduled on Saturday, Sept. 24 from 9 a.m. to noon. This annual project helps beautify the community and reduces trash before winter rains arrive and wash debris into local creeks and streams.

Pre-registration is available at the Templeton CSD website www.templetoncsd.org.

You may also fill out the volunteer form available at the Templeton CSD Office at 420 Crocker Street or e-mail Kathleen Hix at khix@templetoncsd.org.

A free barbecue and prize drawing will be held for participants following the event. For more information call Kathleen Hix at (805) 434-4914.
