Active Senior Club meets first Friday of the month
The Templeton Active Senior Club meets on the first Friday of each month from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Meetings are held at the Templeton Recreation Center, located at 601 South Main Street, Templeton, to allow for more handicap parking and a better meeting space.
These meetings typically include a presentation on topics pertinent to the senior community and last for about an hour, with plenty of time allowed for a question and answer period following the presentation. Often times, the presentations are followed by a small luncheon. The club welcomes new attendees and members. Come learn, socialize and stay informed! Membership is $5 per year.
